1. Website Purpose
This website is a public marketing, information, education, and lead-capture website. It is intended to describe the HIT Card / HIT Wallet mission, city-impact model, partner opportunities, potential launch markets, and related community-impact initiatives.
The website is not a banking portal, cardholder portal, wallet portal, money transmission service, payment processing platform, investment platform, merchant portal, or financial-services account portal.
2. No Financial, Legal, Tax, Investment, or Compliance Advice
The content on this website is for general informational and marketing purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, securities, banking, regulatory, campaign-finance, or compliance advice. You should consult your own professional advisors before making business, financial, legal, investment, or compliance decisions.
3. No Banking, Card, Wallet, Money Transmission, or Payment Processing by Website
The website does not itself hold, custody, transmit, or control consumer funds; issue payment instruments; operate as a bank; provide money transmission; process payments; underwrite accounts; lend money; or provide regulated financial services.
Any future card, wallet, payment, banking, KYC, issuing, processing, ACH, debit card, merchant acceptance, or financial-service functionality may be provided by separate authorized banks, processors, program managers, SaaS providers, compliance providers, or other third-party vendors under their own terms and disclosures.
4. HIT Card, HIT Wallet, and Third-Party Program Terms
Any future HIT Card, HIT Wallet, cardholder account, wallet account, merchant acceptance service, donation service, campaign-related service, or related program may be subject to separate program agreements, cardholder agreements, wallet terms, bank disclosures, processor terms, compliance requirements, fees, eligibility rules, and third-party privacy policies.
If there is a conflict between this website and a signed agreement or official third-party program disclosure, the signed agreement or official disclosure controls.
5. City Partner and Strategic Partner Opportunities
The website may describe potential City Market Partner, City Partner, Strategic Partner, merchant, chamber, association, sponsor, community, or civic opportunities. Website descriptions are not guarantees, offers, acceptances, franchises, agency appointments, exclusive territory grants, or binding commitments.
Any City Partner implementation fee, territory rights, revenue-share arrangement, brand-use approval, merchant activation rights, strategic partnership rights, or similar arrangement will require a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives of the parties. Territory rights, if any, are conditional, performance-based, compliance-dependent, and subject to final written agreement. No permanent exclusivity is granted by website content.
We do not guarantee revenue, profit, return on investment, cardholder adoption, merchant adoption, sponsor participation, city participation, campaign results, or community funding outcomes. Any examples are illustrative only and may vary based on market conditions, legal requirements, partner performance, program economics, user adoption, spend volume, compliance approvals, and third-party provider terms.
6. Brand Use and Intellectual Property
All names, logos, designs, graphics, taglines, page designs, text, icons, images, videos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other content on the website are owned by or licensed to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not use the TAB, Take America Back, HIT Card, HIT Wallet, or related names, logos, card designs, brand assets, website designs, sales materials, or other intellectual property without prior written authorization. Any approved use is subject to separate brand-use rules, compliance rules, and written approval.
7. Website Forms and Submissions
If you submit a form, message, partner application, city inquiry, contact request, or other submission, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You authorize us to contact you about your inquiry, evaluate your submission, and use the information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, regulated, sensitive, or personal financial information through general website forms unless we specifically provide a secure approved method for that purpose.
8. Republic, Securities, and Investor-Related Content
If the website includes Republic, crowdfunding, investment, campaign, offering, or investor-interest content, that content is for general awareness only unless clearly stated otherwise. The website does not itself offer or sell securities. Any securities offering, if pursued, must be made only through official offering materials, approved campaign pages, risk disclosures, and applicable securities-law procedures. Do not rely on website summaries as investment advice or as complete offering materials.
9. Political Campaign, Donation, or Civic Fundraising Content
If the website references political campaign, donation, civic fundraising, or community fundraising features, those features may be subject to federal, state, local, platform, bank, processor, campaign-finance, tax, nonprofit, and compliance requirements. The website does not provide campaign-finance or legal advice. Any such program must be reviewed and approved by appropriate counsel and applicable vendors before launch.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may contain links to third-party sites, platforms, service providers, social media pages, scheduling tools, payment providers, campaign platforms, banks, processors, or other services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, terms, policies, services, security, availability, or content.
